Gojob is hiring Forklift Operators in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Must have 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience and be proficient in operating multiple types of material-handling equipment , including a sit-down forklift, an electric pallet jack (EPJ), and at least one additional forklift type: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical warehouse duties, including lifting, loading, unloading, scanning, and palletizing products.

Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ), plus at least one other piece of equipment: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.
• Load, unload, move, stage, stack, and palletize products and materials, keeping storage areas safe and organized.
• Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify inventory and product movement.
• Label, sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and equipment guidelines.
• Keep inventory records accurate, spot discrepancies, and report issues to supervisors.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift and warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to operate a sit-down forklift and EPJ, plus at least one of: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.
• Experience with RF scanners, labeling, sorting, loading, unloading, and palletizing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Committed to safety and proper equipment use.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
• Lift and carry 35+ lbs, and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Handle and move warehouse materials throughout the shift.
• Stay accurate and safe in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This position requires working in a warehouse setting with frequent material movement, equipment operation, and physical activity. Operators must follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of surrounding employees, equipment, and inventory.
