Job Full Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant for our client in Jamestown, NY. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on marketing experience while helping promote our business through social media management, marketing displays, and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Develop engaging posts, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media activity and respond to comments and messages as needed.
• Assist with creating and maintaining marketing displays and promotional signage.
• Help coordinate advertising campaigns, events, and special promotions.
• Take photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Track marketing performance and provide basic reporting.
• Work closely with team members to support branding and outreach efforts.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Marketing, communications, business, or related coursework is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record preferred.
