Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, developing relationships from the ground up, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role is focused primarily on new business development and opening new accounts , rather than managing an existing book of business.

Experience selling technology solutions, IT services, consulting, professional services, managed services, or workforce solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new client accounts and business opportunities .
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, referrals, events, and other business development activities.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives, VPs, Directors, Procurement, IT leaders, and business stakeholders .
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business priorities.
• Present and position technology solutions, consulting services, and professional services offerings.
• Research target companies, industries, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, recruiting, technical, and leadership teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with newly acquired clients and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, activities, and sales updates in CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Technology Sales, or Professional Services Sales .
• Proven success in new client acquisition / new-logo sales .
• Strong prospecting and cold-outreach skills.
• Demonstrated ability to open doors and create relationships with new organizations.
• Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Strong understanding of technology services, consulting, digital solutions, managed services, or related professional services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and take ownership of revenue targets.
