Sales/Business Development Manager – Financial Services | NYC
Are you passionate about sales and ready to grow into a leadership role? Arrayo is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join our Business Development team in New York City.
In this role, you’ll master the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships. You’ll work directly with C-Suite executives and senior leaders at top financial institutions while collaborating with expert consulting teams to deliver solutions that matter.
What you’ll do
- Build and execute your own prospecting and outreach strategies.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to RFPs and proposals, helping secure new business.
- Stay on top of financial services and data trends to identify opportunities.
- Partner with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop content to strengthen Arrayo’s market presence.

Who should apply?
We welcome both recent graduates and early-career professionals (1–5 years of experience) with an interest in sales, business development, or financial services. Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
A master’s degree is mandatory, or alternatively, a bachelor’s degree combined with at least 3 years of business development experience in professional services or recruitment.
