ServiceNow Sales Development Manager

Location: US Wide (HQ is in New Jersey)
We’re working with a growing ServiceNow-focused technology business looking for a Sales Development Manager to take ownership of its outbound sales strategy and lead the SDR/BDR function across the US.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role with real ownership of pipeline, team performance and growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the SDR/BDR team, setting clear pipeline and activity targets.
- Build and execute outbound and account-based sales strategies across the US.
- Target senior ServiceNow stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, ITSM, HRSD, SecOps and CSM/FSM leaders.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to turn activity into qualified pipeline.
- Coach the team on ServiceNow positioning, messaging and prospecting.
- Own sales development processes, CRM and engagement tooling.
- Track pipeline, conversion and performance and report directly to senior leadership.
- Stay current with the ServiceNow platform, roadmap and market.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years B2B sales development experience.
- 1–2+ years leading an SDR/BDR team.
- Strong experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Good understanding of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and FSM.
- Proven success building outbound processes and generating pipeline.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft or similar.
- Strong commercial and communication skills.
