Core Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, arrange, and reposition inventory across the facility.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers/containers with precision, protecting inventory accuracy.
• Carry out routine equipment inspections and escalate any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Champion safety practices and support a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain on-time, efficient operations.
• Contribute to inventory counts and keep meticulous records of all material movements.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Recognized forklift operator certification.
• Proven forklift experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• High attention to detail with unwavering commitment to safety.
• Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
