Director of Talent ManagementLarge Nonprofit Organization | Hybrid ScheduleA large nonprofit organization is seeking a Director of Talent / TA Manager to lead recruiting strategy and oversee high-volume talent acquisition efforts across the organization. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director of HR and managing a team of recruiters.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goalsManage and mentor a team of recruitersOversee high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across executive, clinical, professional, operational, educational, and mission-critical rolesPartner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring needsBuild proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, university partnerships, and community outreachServe as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting processUse recruiting data, market trends, and labor insights to improve hiring outcomesIdentify and implement recruiting process improvements, tools, and technologyRepresent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and networking eventsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or related field 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or strategic recruiting experience within a similar field- non-profit, healthcare, government.
