We're hiring: Territory Sales Manager – Great Plains / East Canada

Are you passionate about building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and helping customers improve their production processes?

FAM STUMABO USA is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Great Plains region in the United States while managing key accounts in Ontario and Quebec.

In this role, you'll grow our business by developing new opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships and representing our complete portfolio of high-capacity food cutting equipment. From prospecting and networking to customer visits, product demonstrations and closing deals, you'll play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Your territory

USA (75%) : Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota

Canada (25%) : Ontario and Quebec (account management)

What you'll do

✔ Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, prospecting new customers and expanding FAM STUMABO's presence throughout your territory.

✔ Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner for both new and existing customers.

✔ Represent our complete portfolio of food cutting solutions, advising customers on the best equipment for their production needs and guiding them throughout the sales process.

✔ Manage your sales pipeline from A to Z, including prospecting, quotations, follow-up, forecasting and accurate CRM updates.

✔ Travel extensively across your territory to visit customers, conduct product demonstrations and test trials, and represent FAM STUMABO at industry trade shows.

✔ Identify opportunities to improve customers' production processes, understand their challenges and recommend solutions that create added value.

✔ Work closely with colleagues across the business, sharing market insights and collaborating on projects to achieve regional and company sales objectives.

✔ Stay informed about market developments, industry trends and competitor activities to help shape future growth opportunities within your region.

We're looking for someone with

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Around 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, with a track record of building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish/French

• A mechanical aptitude and an interest in understanding production processes and technical solutions.

• The flexibility to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (50–75%).

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and United States citizenship.

It would be a plus if you also have

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Experience presenting at conferences or industry events.

• Experience working with large multinational organizations.
