The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior product leadership role within a high-growth SaaS environment, with a focus on ERP and vertical software. Key responsibilities include setting and communicating product strategy, managing technical roadmaps, and leading product due diligence for M&A activities. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should possess deep domain experience with ERP systems and a strong background in driving ARR growth through product-led initiatives. The role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to define and report KPIs linking product outcomes to revenue, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. Experience with M&A from a product perspective and a background in product management, SaaS business models, and vertical ERP specialization are highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a champion of customer-centric discovery practices, establish scalable product processes, and represent the product organization externally to strengthen the company's market position.
