Senior Director, AI Product Management — Agent Factory

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for the Agent Factory to drive AI-powered HCM agents lifecycle from conception to deployment. The role focuses on building customer-facing agents or enabling the infrastructure and frameworks used by Workday teams to deploy AI capabilities to customers.
You will guide cross-functional teams, define successful metrics, and closely collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science to deliver impactful AI solutions at global scale.
