Workday Talent and Performance Specialist
Must have skills include active certified Workday Talent and Performance and Workday Learning. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday Talent and Performance modules, designing and implementing business processes, partnering with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, developing custom reports, participating in Workday release management, supporting data loads and configuration, maintaining documentation, and providing end-user support and troubleshooting for Talent modules.
