Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and adapting materials for student needs
• Encourage student engagement and participation in instructional activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and educational teams
• Support students with special needs or requiring additional assistance throughout the school day
• Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment
