• Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and daily routines
• Help students follow lesson plans, complete assignments, and develop essential social skills
• Supervise students during class transitions, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students
• Participate in relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
