Service Manager

Overview Job Location: Denver Service Manager Wage : $100k-130k / year Description The Service Manager will be responsible for client relations along with small projects and repairs of the Service department. Responsibilities Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Participate and schedule face to face meetings with all customer base with appropriate intervals Quote proposals and negotiate contracts with customers using an established process Meet with client to ensure that they are satisfied with services and project delivery objectives Prepare and present technical project and repair proposals Manage small service projects that reflect are like/like replacements and repairs Assist sales manager in development of future sales opportunities Build rapport with all service accounts; explaining Apollo service capabilities; overcoming objections; managing contracts for scope, costs, and revenues Promote and sell the company’s capabilities to all existing and new clients Review costs and profit margins on PMA’s, projects, and repairs to manage profitability goals for each client Review and negotiate all PM agreements for annual pricing increases Research for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet ever-changing needs of customer base Assemble estimates, budgets, and proposals for service-related projects Ensure the highest quality of customer & field staff relationships Support sales team with customer leads and direction Coordinate with dispatch to schedule HVAC, Plumbing, and Control Technicians.
