Enrollment Services Representative - Miami Campus

Admissions Representative Location: Miami, FL The Student Admissions Advisor will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and enrollment process. As the first point of contact for prospective students, the advisor will provide accurate information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions process. The role involves serving as an ambassador for the institution and shaping a positive experience for all applicants. Key Responsibilities Admissions Counseling: Provide personalized guidance regarding admissions requirements, academic programs, financial aid, and campus life, and assist with application documentation. Student Outreach: Conduct outreach through phone, email, virtual presentations, and in‑person events; build relationships with high schools, community organizations, and partners. Application Review: Evaluate student applications, ensure completeness, and collaborate with admissions committees to assess qualifications and make decisions per institutional policy. Retention Support: Work with academic advisors and student support services to smooth transitions for admitted students and address ongoing questions. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM or other databases, generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness. Events Coordination: Assist in planning and executing admissions events such as open houses, tours, and information sessions. Qualifications Associate’s degree in education, counseling, communications, or related field. Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, student advising, or related fields within higher education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
