We are currently seeking a SAP QM Architect to join our team in Hyderabab, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

SAP S/4HANA Global Template Owner – Quality Management (QM)

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and aspiring Global Template Owner for SAP Quality Management (QM) within SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for developing and governing the global quality management template supporting inspection, compliance, manufacturing quality, and supplier quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Template Design and Governance

• Define global quality management standards.
• Govern SAP QM template.
• Standardize inspection and quality processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.

Implementation and Rollout

• Lead QM implementations.
• Coordinate testing and validation.
• Support user adoption.

Collaborative Engagement

• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Gather business requirements.
• Standardize quality processes globally.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve inspection processes.
• Enhance supplier quality management.
• Optimize quality reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvements.

Support and Maintenance

• Provide functional support.
• Resolve quality management issues.
• Coordinate enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or IT.
• 5+ years SAP QM experience.
• Expertise in:
• Inspection Planning
• Inspection Lots
• Quality Notifications
• Quality Certificates
• Audit Management
• Vendor Quality
• Customer Quality
• Calibration integration
• Experience implementing global quality templates.

Preferred Skills

• FDA/GxP regulated environments.
• SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Integration with:
• PP
• MM
• WM/EWM
• FICO

• Demonstrated experience in designing and governing global SAP S/4HANA templates.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering SAP transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and globally distributed environment.
• Experience working with Agile, SAP Activate, or hybrid implementation methodologies.

• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support global deployments and business engagement.
• Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Participation in critical project milestones, production support, and global governance forums as needed.
