Role Summary
Assemble, inspect, and package high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment following strict Quality System Regulations (QSR) and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble delicate components using hand tools, fixtures, and microscopes.
- Follow strict cleanroom gowning, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Inspect finished products for defects using visual and measuring tools.
- Complete Device History Records (DHR) and documentation accurately for FDA/ISO compliance.
- Maintain a clean work area and participate in 5S/Lean initiatives.
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Required: Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Required: Ability to read/write English and follow detailed written instructions.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in medical device, electronics, or cleanroom manufacturing.
- Physical: Ability to sit/stand for full shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform detailed visual work under magnification.
