Providing essential support to clients, the full-time Florida Licensed In-Home Services Coordinator will manage service delivery, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with care plans in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and in-home services, ensuring effective communication and service delivery Coordinate and maintain client schedules, ensuring compliance with care plans and timely notifications of any changes Review client records for compliance with relevant laws and standards, while collaborating with community agencies for comprehensive care Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 years of related administrative experience Experience in gerontology and/or medical/social services preferred Scheduling or logistics management experience is a plus Experience in the healthcare profession is beneficial
