Procurement ManagerAerospace company in south Fort Worth is adding a Procurement Manager to their team!Responsibilities include:Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with aerospace production schedules, customer requirements, and business objectivesLead sourcing initiatives for aerospace materials, machined components, avionics, electronics, raw materials, special processes, tooling, and outsourced servicesManage supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance measurement programConduct supplier business reviews and participate in supplier audits as requiredLead cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, value engineering, and process improvementsDrive continuous improvement projects that enhance procurement performance and supply chain resilienceIdeal candidates will have:7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced manufacturing environmentsWorking knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and aerospace regulatory requirementsExpertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirementsExperience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or EpicorBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations ManagementDirect hireOn siteMonday-Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:15 pm$80-120K
