Senior Process Improvement Specialist

DescriptionKforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist.Responsibilities:* Assess current data and technology processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities* Design and implement streamlined workflows, standards, roles, and operating procedures* Improve processes related to delivery, governance, prioritization, reporting, and dependency management* Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve reporting and visibility* Develop practical documentation, templates, dashboards, and process tools* Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to drive process improvements* Facilitate working sessions, resolve process and ownership challenges, and support decision-making* Pilot improvements, gather feedback, and support adoption through communication and training* Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure improvements are sustainableRequirements* 8+ years of experience in enterprise data, technology, or a related field* Experience leading cross-functional process improvement or operational transformation initiatives* Strong ability to translate technical and business needs into practical processes and solutions* Experience with data platforms, architecture, governance, analytics, automation, or related areas* Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills* Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across multiple teams* Experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments* Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, platform operations, or architecture practices* Experience with workflow automation, reporting, business intelligence, or project management tools* Knowledge of process improvement, change management, or project management methodologiesJob TypeContractCompensation47 - $52
