Sr Customer Satisfaction Technical Specialist

Vaco is hiring for an Automotive Technical Support Specialist Location: Broward County, FL Schedule: Option of 5 days / 8 hours or 4 days / 10 hours Compensation: $32-$33/hour Important: This is not an IT helpdesk role. This position supports customers with automotive and electromechanical product-related inquiries. Candidates must have experience in automotive, mobility, mechanical, or electromechanical environments. Position Overview This role is responsible for delivering a high-level customer experience while providing technical support related to specialized automotive products. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically knowledgeable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence Provide product-related technical support and troubleshooting guidance Process product and service orders, including RMAs Maintain accurate documentation within CRM/ERP systems Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing order and invoice records Ensure timely and accurate order entry and follow-through Maintain professionalism and strong customer engagement at all times Support internal team operations as needed Qualifications Associate’s Degree preferred 5–8 years of experience in automotive customer service, inside sales, or technical support Strong understanding of technical specifications and product troubleshooting Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Electromechanical aptitude highly preferred Experience with ERP/CRM systems and documenting technical cases Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Analytical problem-solving ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
