Injury Prevention Specialist

Role: Part-Time Injury Prevention Specialist with Ergonomics Experience Responsibilities: Conduct ergonomic risk assessments, provide job coaching and training, monitor movement behaviors, communicate findings, and document observations. Focus on injury prevention through behavior-based strategies without hands-on therapy. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Ergonomics, Kinesiology, or related fields; relevant certifications preferred. Minimum of 2 years in ergonomics or occupational health, with experience in physical demands analysis and data collection. Familiarity with industrial settings is a plus. Skills & Traits: Strong communication and coaching skills, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, proficiency with digital tools, and willingness to obtain liability insurance. Must pass background screening and follow site requirements. Key Duties: Perform ergonomic evaluations, support early intervention, educate employees, track trends, and report findings to safety teams.
