Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Services Associate / CMA for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Phoenixville, PA. This role is ideal for a Certified Medical Assistant with physician office experience who enjoys a mix of hands-on patient care, clinical documentation, phlebotomy, and front desk support.

The Clinical Services Associate / CMA will work in a busy healthcare services environment supporting providers, patients, and clinical workflows. This opportunity offers long-term potential, a stable Monday through Friday schedule, and the chance to join a supportive clinical team focused on quality care, professional communication, and a positive patient experience.

This is a strong fit for a Medical Assistant who wants to grow with a team, build lasting provider and patient relationships, and move into a permanent role after the temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits in a timely, professional manner.
- Take and document vital signs, medical history, surgical history, family history, smoking history, allergies, and medications.
- Perform phlebotomy and other clinical support duties as assigned.
- Use the EMR system to alert providers when patients are ready.
- Support front desk functions, including greeting patients, scheduling visits, and handling clinical phone communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation while delivering a positive and respectful patient experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.
- Location: Phoenixville, PA.
- Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent employment.
