AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Employment Type: 12m Contract to Hire | Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Pay: $60 - $70/hr

Position Summary

Seeking an engineer passionate about implementing AI technologies to improve business processes. This role focuses on integrating AI into existing enterprise applications rather than conducting AI research.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered business solutions
• Integrate OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Automate manual workflows
• Collaborate with software development teams
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Python or C#
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot experience preferred
• Prompt engineering experience is a plus
