A leading private pain management practice in the Houston, Texas area is seeking an experienced, board-eligible Pain Management Physician to join its thriving team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-established practice offering interventional procedures, a collaborative support team, and an exceptional compensation package - all with a MondayFriday schedule and zero on-call responsibilities.

• Schedule: Monday Friday | No weekends | No on-call
• Volume: ~30 evaluations per day | 120150 injections per week
• Support Staff: 2 Nurse Practitioners + 3 Medical Assistants
• Focus: Interventional pain only - no medical management

Compensation & Benefits

• W2: $400,000 base salary + production bonus starting at 15% and tiering up based on productivity
• 1099 Option: $420,000 base salary + production bonus starting at 15% and tiering up based on productivity
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Full malpractice insurance coverage and health insurance (W2)
• Negotiable paid time off

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume interventional procedures including epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections
• Conduct approximately 30 patient evaluations per day with a focus on individualized treatment planning
• Administer 120150 injections per week across multiple practice locations
• Develop and implement comprehensive, patient-centered pain management plans for acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with advancements in interventional pain management and integrate evidence-based techniques into practice

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board eligible or board certified in Pain Management
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated expertise in interventional pain management procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Must have anesthesia background
