Construction Worker

Join our dynamic team as a construction laborer, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing day-to-day site activities. This position involves setting up trailer alleys, assembling furniture, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in trailers. You will assist in moving materials as needed and contribute to the construction of temporary resting areas on site. Additionally, your responsibilities will include municipal building clean-up, dusting, sweeping, and mopping, especially during snowy days.

Responsibilities

• Set up trailer alley and assemble furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness in trailers at all times.
• Assist in moving materials as needed on site.
• Contribute to decking construction around trailer alleys.
• Assist with construction of temporary resting areas on site.
• Perform municipal building clean-up, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.

• Knowledge of civil construction, general labor, and landscaping.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
• Capability to lift 50lbs or more to head level.
• Experience with hand tools and carrying materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards.

• Valid driver's license and passing an MVR.
• Ability to drive company trucks while onsite.
• Experience with GPS Blade and CAT equipment.

Work Environment

This role involves indoor and outdoor work on an open construction site. You will be exposed to varying weather conditions, including mud, wetness, and cold during winter, and high heat in the summer.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, IN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
