Job #3038219 Technology - Full-Stack Development II Location: Lake Mary, Florida (Onsite Hybrid Schedule) W2 contract only (no corp to corp or visa sponsorship can be provided) Pay: 70-75/hr Role Overview We are seeking a hands‑on Full‑Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy robust applications using Java, Angular, and AI technologies. The role involves leveraging AI code generation tools to support both new and existing projects within our enterprise data and solutions engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring Frameworks. Utilize AI code generation tools such as CoPilot, Windsurf, or Claude for a significant portion of coding tasks. Develop and manage data pipelines and data engineering solutions. Own solution design, establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and perform performance tuning. Integrate AI capabilities into application workflows, including prompt orchestration and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps. Design resilient data access patterns and perform data‑access performance tuning. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in Java and Java‑based frameworks, including Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch. Hands‑on experience with Angular. Prior experience with AI code‑generating tools (e.g., CoPilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Claude) in a professional or private setting. Proficiency in scripting, SQL, and transaction management. Database experience with Oracle, Sybase, or DB2. Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD automation on container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Snowflake. Experience with stored procedures. Knowledge of job scheduling tools such as Airflow, Autosys, or Control‑M. Work Environment This role requires an onsite presence four days per week in Lake Mary, FL. The position is structured to become a permanent hire.
