Job Description Essential Job Functions Accounts payable Accounts receivable Expense categorization and classification Data Entry (Quick Books and Portal.io) Export Client Quotes into QuickBooks and Update Track and report on open invoice status for all client payments Assist with various month end account reconciliations Special research, data collection, data analysis and reporting projects, as requested by senior staff members Ensure all documents both physical and electronic are filed appropriately and maintained Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements Working towards an associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related course of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Service-oriented team player, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, external vendors and customers Demonstrated ability to maintain the integrity of company, confidential information and discretion to disclose such information properly Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Excellent oral and written communication skills required Additional Information Weoffer a competitive salary and excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, Paid time off and much more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Exceptional Innovation
