Sr. Workforce Development Engineer, TPG

As a Workforce Development Engineer, you will shape how technical knowledge is shared and scaled across global teams, helping engineers ramp faster, work smarter, and stay aligned as technologies evolve. Responsibilities Design and deliver technical training programs for engineering and manufacturing teams Assess short‑ and long‑term workforce development needs across TPG Develop, maintain, and improve course content and learning resources Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Partner with global sites to adapt and deploy training materials Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience developing and facilitating technical training Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics Experience in DRAM, HBM, or Advanced Packaging Proficiency with advanced computer tools and AI‑assisted content creation Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders Familiarity with 3D Solid Geometry Modeling (3DSGM) Job Profile(s) Semiconductor Product Engineer 2 - Semiconductor Product Engineer 4 Relocation Level: TBD Equal Opportunity Employment Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
