About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking three Senior Administrative Assistants to support the Branded Cards organization. These individuals will provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams, with a focus on key administrative activities, meeting and event planning and coordination, recruiting and onboarding support for newly hired employees, calendar coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and other day-to-day business support. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In This Role, You Will:Support multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams with key administrative activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and day-to-day business supportAssist with meeting and event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, materials, agenda support, and follow-up on action itemsSupport recruiting and onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and helping new team members navigate administrative processesProvide professional administrative support for ongoing business initiatives, including tracking deliverables, preparing routine materials, coordinating updates, and partnering with leaders and teams to keep work movingManage confidential information, communications, and documentation in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with administrative partners, functional teams, and internal peers to support consistent, efficient administrative processesRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience working in the financial services industryAbility to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointmentsExperience working in project managementAbility to handle confidential material in a professional mannerExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to answer and manage multiple phone linesExperience supporting senior level leaders/executivesAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionRelocation is not available for this positionPosting Locations:2200 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE401 Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX550 S Tryon, Charlotte, NC800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IAPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
