CIVIL RIGHTS INVESTIGATOR, OGC Equal Opportunity Category: Charles River Campus – Professional Job Location: Boston, MA, United States Position Type: Full‑Time/Regular Salary Grade: 49; Expected hiring range $86,050.00–$114,750.00 Position Summary The Equal Opportunity Office (EOO) is committed to fostering an inclusive campus environment free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. In support of this mission, we are seeking a Civil Rights Investigator who will conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into reports of harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, and retaliation pursuant to university policy, state and federal law. The Investigator will collect information efficiently and supportively, compose clear final reports detailing findings of fact and responsibility, and facilitate alternative resolution to prevent recurrence. Additionally, the Investigator will support the development and delivery of education and prevention programs and collaborate with campus partners to promote the EOO mission and build trust with campus constituents.
