We are partnering with a well‑established, growing manufacturing organization in the Triad area seeking a hands‑on Controller / Senior Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance function. This role reports directly to executive leadership and offers high visibility across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a lean, fast‑paced environment and enjoys owning both the day‑to‑day accounting operations and higher‑level financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Oversee full‑cycle accounting, including general ledger, month‑end close, and financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and balance sheet statements Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Perform cost analysis and support operational decision‑making Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and internal controls Partner with operations, sales, and purchasing on inventory, costing, and pricing Coordinate with external auditors and CPA firms Supervise and develop a small accounting team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of US GAAP 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility Experience in a manufacturing, production, or inventory‑driven environment Hands‑on experience with financial reporting and month‑end close Strong Excel skills; ERP experience required Preferred Cost accounting or inventory accounting experience Experience supporting international reporting structures Background in food or consumer goods manufacturing What’s Offered Strong benefits package High visibility and direct interaction with leadership Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
