Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist supporting K-12 students across multiple schools in a district-wide setting near Jersey City, NJ. This full-time assignment begins September 4, 2026, and extends through June 25, 2027, providing you the chance to make a meaningful impact over the school year. With a weekly commitment of 35 hours, you’ll enjoy a consistent schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM, collaborating with educators and helping students thrive.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license for New Jersey
• Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations within the district
• Proven organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to fostering student progress and inclusivity
• Ability to meet essential NJ requirements: TB test, completed physical, and fingerprinting (for both Sunbelt and School District)
• Comfortable completing a virtual interview via Zoom

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students in both individual and group settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ independence and success
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in alignment with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed within the district
