Must Have Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in PLM business process consulting
- Hands on functional knowledge of Teamcenter PLM
- Deep understanding of engineering lifecycle and product development processes
- Experience with business process consolidation and harmonization in large/global organizations
- Ability to lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Exposure to migration from legacy PDM/PLM systems to Teamcenter
- Familiarity with BPMN, process modeling tools, or Lean process design
