With a growing portfolio of clients that specialises in designing consumer-centric strategies by combining creativity with data to build valuable relationships between consumers and brands, we are seeking a Business Architect to join our team.

What will your day look like?

Asa member of our Business Architecture team, you will work with peersand otherconsultants, driving commercial opportunities and helping us take our service offering to the next level. More specifically, your tasks include:

• Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working

• Mapping and designing organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes

• Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks

• Developing and implementingsolutionsto supportand improveour clients' ways of working

• Identifyingareas of improvement and providing recommendations tooptimizeorganizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness

• Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate new ways of working into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels

• Engagingandfacilitatingworkshops withclientstakeholders -includingcross-functionalandexecutiveaudiences- tobuildunderstandingand drive adoption of newprocesses,tools, or templates

• Identifyingopportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performance

• Owning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teams

Your work will depend on close collaboration with the broader team-colleagues and experts across technology, data,marketing operations,creative, and client teams. We are a leader within our field and a transformation partner for some of the most admired brands in the world.

What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are a positive, sociable team player who enjoys collaborating across teams. You have a strong drive, a self-starter and can-do mentality, and a strategicandanalyticalmindsetthat lets you see thebig picturewhile staying structured anddetail-oriented. You are strong at building relationships, running processes,andtranslating complexity into clear, compelling stories. In addition, you have:

• Abachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field

• 5-8 years of experienceinBusinessArchitecture, ProcessConsulting, Organization Design, ChangeManagementor similardisciplines

• Working knowledge of business architecture practices such asprocess design, value streams, and operating model design

• A demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to form andmaintaincross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment

• A willingness to travel and be flexible, as many of our clients and colleaguesare located inother time zones
