Requirements Specialty: Urology Contract Length: Shift Details: 8-5 PM M-F- mix of hospital rounds, OR and clinic NO night time or weekend call Schedule: 8-5 M-F Work Details: 8am-5pm (1 hr lunch) • Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month. • Patients per day: 40-70 • Patient Population/Age: no peds • Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff. When covering hospital daytime call it is rounding, consults, Or and occasionally adding on to clinic but no templated time for clinic • EMR: EPIC • Hospital Bed size: 73 • Special Procedures: ureteroscopies • Skills Required: general urology Practice Setting: • Clinic (occasionally daytime hospital call to see a consult while in clinic) • OR Requirements: • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • License Required: PA or IMLC LOQ • DEA: required • Minimum Experience Required: 3 years minimum Credentialing Timeframe: temps with clean file will accept new grads 2hr Gratis for 24 hour call Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
Schedule Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
