Requirements Specialty: Urology Start Date: 7/6/2026 Contract Length: Shift Details: 8-5 PM M-F- mix of hospital rounds OR and clinic NO night time or weekend call Schedule: 8-5 M-F Work Details: May 26-29 June 1-5 covering daytime call June 8-12 July 6-10 2 providers- one daytime call and one for clinic/OR August 3-7 Aug 31- Sept 4 Sept 8-11 Sept 14-18 Sept 28-Oct 2 8am-5pm 1 hr lunch • Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants 1 LPN surgical scheduler 3 front office staff practice manager • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month. • Patients per day: 40-70 • Patient Population/Age: no peds • Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff. When covering hospital daytime call it is rounding consults Or and occasionally adding on to clinic but no templated time for clinic • EMR: EPIC • Hospital Bed size: 73 • Special Procedures: ureteroscopies • Skills Required: general urology Practice Setting: • Clinic occasionally daytime hospital call to see a consult while in clinic • OR Requirements: • Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • License Required: PA or IMLC LOQ • DEA: required • Minimum Experience Required: 3 years minimum Credentialing Timeframe: temps with clean file will accept new grads 2hr Gratis Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
