Machine Operator - Computerized Apparel Cutting Machine

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to work with our computerized apparel cutting equipment. No experience is required. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn, ambitious, and committed to developing new skills. Full training will be provided. What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail Good focus and concentration Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company Responsibilities: Operate computerized apparel cutting machines Monitor machine performance and production quality Follow production schedules and specifications Inspect materials and finished components for accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other production tasks as needed Compensation Starting Pay: $19–$21/hour (depending on experience) Paid training provided Performance and wage review after 90 days Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401K Retirement Plan Profit Sharing Employer contribution Training and advancement opportunities Requirements Work well in a Team environment Strong attention to detail Good computers skills Follow process, procedure and instructions accurately Able to lift up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Royal Apparel
