Human Resources Specialist

Full-time/Part-time Permanent/Time‑Limited positions available. Position Summary Hybrid: This position provides professional human resources services to the Service Center of Excellence (SCE) for the Division of Finance and Operations (F&O), Institutional Integrity and Risk Management (IIRM), and other designated university units. The role supports approximately 2,000 employees and an annual budget of more than $500 million. Core HR functions performed include recruitment and onboarding, classification and compensation, employee and management relations, payroll, leave and benefits administration. Responsibilities Recruitment and onboarding for designated departments. Classification and compensation management. Employee and management relations. Payroll, leave, and benefits administration. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications Human Resources experience in a university setting. Experience using HR systems including PeopleSoft, PeopleAdmin, and TIM. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
