Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rising Perspective Counseling, you will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive assessments for clients during initial sessions to formulate individualized treatment plans. Facilitating supportive individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients. Maintaining detailed and accurate progress notes that reflect patient advancements towards treatment goals, adhering to department standards. Providing psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and the therapeutic process. Advocating for services and resources that benefit your clients, enabling them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Monitoring and reporting any significant changes in client conditions or behaviors, adapting care plans accordingly. Participating in regular case reviews with team members to promote best practices and effective clinical strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various psychological, emotional, and relational challenges. By providing culturally responsive therapy, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your work will contribute significantly to the mental wellness and stability of clients in Modesto and other regions served by our telehealth services. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. Current, active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT within California. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting. Demonstrated competence in providing effective therapy to individuals, families, and groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic rapport with clients. Preferred Experience While not required, the following experiences are preferred: Experience with telehealth delivery systems and optimizing technology for client engagement. Specialized training in marriage and family therapy or specific therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with community resources for client referrals and supports. Compensation and Benefits We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, which reflects your expertise and commitment to client care.
