Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care wherever you are, as long as you have a reliable internet connection. Our outpatient office setting focuses on providing flexible therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring support is accessible to clients in Modesto, California, and beyond. You will experience minimal administrative burdens, allowing you to dedicate your time and energy to what matters most—supporting your clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the cultural, social, and economic backgrounds of clients to inform tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings that reflect an understanding of the client's diversity and needs. Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, helping clients develop coping strategies and enhance emotional resilience. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care for complex cases. Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and stability. Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journeys. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients navigating complex life challenges, enabling you to apply your clinical expertise effectively. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment that fosters trust and openness, encouraging clients to share their experiences and work collaboratively in their healing processes. Qualifications Current and active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PhD/PsyD in psychology. Demonstrable ability to practice independently, facilitating therapy without direct supervision. Strong engagement skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds. Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Preferred Experience Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory. A background in crisis intervention and an ability to manage challenging situations effectively. Prior experience working within a community-based behavioral health setting is preferred. Exposure to a diverse client population and cultural competence in therapy practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 74,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attract top talent.
