Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Responsibilities include: maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, delivering care consistent with mission and standards, and adapting to various shifts and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN license, and recent bedside RN experience (1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for specialized units). Certifications like BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required based on department. Physical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform physical tasks necessary for patient care. Additional details: Flexibility with shifts, participation in the Gig Nursing program with variable hours, no guaranteed shifts, and the ability to work where and when needed.
