Temp - Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP)

Description: This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities.
- Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule.
• Provide strong leadership and
direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
• Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes.
• Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for
high-acuity patients.
• Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to
optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance
metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility
regulations. RequirementDescription:
- 1 year of SLP experience - [Required]
- Experience in a leadership
role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting. -[Required] - Knowledge of PDPM - [Required]
- MO State License - [Required]
