Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with production tracking software or systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in advanced production management software and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage production team members to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or training to enhance team capabilities.
Collaborate with quality control to address product defects and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational reliability.
