Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support for day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes. Step in to cover supervisory functions when needed and communicate production status to leadership. Lead and support problem‑solving efforts, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing system efficiency and compliance. Deliver training and mentorship to new or existing staff to maintain strong team performance. Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Operate and monitor production systems such as reactors, centrifuges, ion exchange equipment, and related industrial machinery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve workflow issues and support departmental objectives. Promote a safe and clean work environment by adhering to established safety protocols and reporting hazards. Serve as a point of contact for customer‑related inquiries tied to production activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related scientific field (associate degree with extensive manufacturing experience also considered). 1+ years of production or manufacturing experience required; 2–3 years preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies). Experience with industrial production equipment and systems (e.g., DCS, centrifuges, dryers, SAP). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative team player with proven problem‑solving and leadership skills. Comfortable working rotating or night shifts in a manufacturing setting.
