About the Role:
Join La Fence Craft Inc as an Installation Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces in Rosemead, CA. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install various types of fencing and gates with precision and care.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Report project progress and any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Previous experience in fence installation or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
