Marketing Information Manager I - Campaign Planner

Support marketing operations through design, development, and delivery of pre-campaign targeting analytics for demand generation marketing Interface with Strategic Marketing Managers, Data Science Engineers, Database Administrators, and Legal/Risk/Compliance partners Identify targeted audiences qualified for Bank of America products and services Capture strategic ideas and identify key data sources Convert specifications into code Run initial pre-sizing analytics of marketing opportunities Serve as subject matter expert for product eligibility parameters Ensure permissible and legal use of targeting data aligns with legal, risk, and compliance expectations Feed targeted list assets into online and offline channels including email, direct mail, authenticated webpages, authenticated mobile apps, ATMs, monthly statements, outbound and inbound call centers, and financial centers Manage projects, explore data, size populations, extract data, design experiments, conduct legal review of data usage, and manage offline/online channels Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Basic understanding of relational database structures and principles Basic exposure and/or experience using Python, SAS, SQL, UNICA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other database access tools, with a strong desire to build greater proficiency Ability to build and interpret business requirements documents (BRD) and translate requirements into detailed targeting specifications Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences, front line workers, and senior executives Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Project management experience Knowledge of direct marketing campaign process including DOE construction, campaign design, measurement and tracking (desired) Experience working in the financial industry (desired) Willingness to question the status quo and lead peer capability improvement initiatives (desired) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in marketing operations through analytics, project management, and compliance with legal and risk standards.
