Finance Internship

At Bish's RV, our Finance Interns are part of the team that makes every deal happen. You won't be shadowing from the sidelines; you'll work directly on real financing deals, collaborate with lenders and dealership teams across the country, and learn how money actually moves inside a fast-growing company. If you're studying Business, Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Sales, or Operations and want hands‑on experience in a high‑performance environment, this is it. This internship requires in‑person Saturday availability and the ability to work out of our Dealership Success Center in Meridian, ID. What You'll Do: Help prepare and review loan packages before submission Track funding timelines and follow up on outstanding items Communicate with lenders and internal teams to keep deals moving Support efforts to reduce Contracts in Transit (CIT) delays Assist with reporting and tracking department performance metrics Jump in to support the team during high-volume periods You might be a strong fit if you: Currently enrolled in college/university Thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments Love organization and catching details others miss Want to understand how financing works in the real world Enjoy solving problems and finding process improvements Communicate confidently and professionally Ability to work Saturdays Bonus if you've worked in banking, customer service, retail, or sales What You'll Gain: Hands‑on business and finance experience Exposure to multi‑location operationsMentorship from experienced finance leaders Resume‑building, real accountability Who we are: Bish's RV is one of the largest family‑owned RV dealers in the country.
