Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Data Entry Processor to join our team. We're looking for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is eager to learn and deliver outstanding customer support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email. Troubleshoot client questions, research issues, and provide timely, accurate resolutions. Prioritize customer inquiries to ensure a high level of responsiveness and client satisfaction. Review, update, and enter information into internal systems to resolve exceptions and maintain accurate account records. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams. Document customer interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues for future reference. Take ownership of client concerns, follow through on outstanding requests, and elevate complex issues when appropriate. Analyze customer feedback, service requests, and satisfaction trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client experiences. Collaborate with teammates across departments to ensure efficient service and successful client outcomes. What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills.
