Summary:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for, preferably within one location, but can be combined. - 18 months of recent Stepdown experience; travel experience will suffice. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. - Must have AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. **Preferred Experience:** - PCU/Progressive care experience is preferred but not required. **Other Requirements:** - Must work at least every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required. - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required. **Additional Compliance Notes:** - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from the Nicotine-Free Facility Requirements temporarily; all other travelers must be nicotine-free. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. **Modules:** - 4 hours of modules are billable; any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable. - Modules are completed pre-start and annually; average 6-15 hours of modules. - Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours, only for those on contract for a continuous year. **Extension Policy:** - Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which, a 6-month break is required unless deferred by the client on a case-by-case basis.
