Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing tools such as standardized assessment measures and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide a blend of individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys in a supportive environment.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records, documenting all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• You must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A valid California license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time positions, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
